Goldfish are rarely referenced in 256piAlternate's Rosen Family Chronicles series. In Micheal Rosen Vs. the lollipop lady round lll, Michael is trapped in a dark room inside a temple in the Amazon where he is saying the names of the people he will miss if he dies down there, Michael says"there are no lights on, no food ready, no-one laughing, no telly, no goldfish.", this may mean he has a pet fish, and his parents went insane in a fishtank in past episodes, this is only speculation, however.
